BOOKING & PAYMENT PROCESS:
15% in advance
If you wish to book one of our tours, you will receive and invoice directly from us (Ride on Bike Tours / Arnal Velasco e Hijos SL) or via the intermediary service of a booking office. The deposit needs to be paid within a week after you have received your invoice. Once your payment has arrived, your booking is definite. If we do not received your payment within a week, then your reservation automatically will be cancelled. A new invoice is needed to apply again. The advance is not refundable. Once we receive the booking payment, we will send you a detailed set of instructions and recommendations for the trip. We will also send you a form for you to fill in with information about you that is important for us, to get the right gear for you and for your own safety.
Second payment: After the booking is successfully completed, a second invoice will be send to you. It needs to be paid at least 60 days prior to the beginning of the tour.

The costs of the trip need to be paid in Euros (€).
Discounts and documents
By booking and completing the total payment at least 120 days in advance of the trip, you can get 7% off. The discount will be returned to your account after the trip.
The travel documentation will be sent to you within a week after the total payment has been completed. If you need it earlier please tell us in advance so we can arrange it for you.
Legal considerations and insurance:
Ride On Bike Tours is the commercial name of the Spanish based company Arnal Velasco e Hijos SL. All our activities, staff members and customers are protected with an insurance valid for Spain and France. It is included in the tour price. We conduct our tours according to the Sport & travel event organization laws of Spain:
Article 51.d of Royal Decree 2816/1982, of August 27, which approves the General Police Regulations for Public Shows and Recreational Activities establishes that companies are obliged to "Respond for damages that, in relation to the organization or as a consequence of holding the show or carrying out the activity, occur to those who participate in it or witness it, or to other people, provided that they are attributable to them due to improvidence, negligence or breach of the established obligations in this Regulation, and without the obligatory insurance of the same can exclude the principal and joint nature of their responsibility”
You will receive these conditions and the insurance details we provide together with your invoice. Please feel free to also book your own travel insurance if desired since our insurance is valid since we get you at the pick up location.
Tour date changes & cancelling your tour
If, after booking or paying a trip, you wish to choose a different date for you trip, you will be able to use your payments for you new selected dates if you tell us so at least 40 days prior to the beginning of the trip. After 40 days to the start, you will be able to use for new dates 70% of the money already paid.
In any case, 50% of the money already paid will always be returned to you if you cancel up to 60 days before the trip. 40% will be returned after 45 days prior to the start. Only 15% will be returned if the cancelation comes 10 days or less prior to the start.
Please note that a cancellation insurance fee (optional) will be send to you within the rest of the documentation once the trip is booked.
Allergies & Special diets
If you suffer from any medicine, food allergies or food intolerance (such as lactose- or gluten- intolerance/-allergy) or if you have special meal requirements (vegetarian; pescetarian; vegan meals; gluten free meals etc.), we ask you to mention this when booking, but at the latest until 30 days before arrival. Diets which need a special preparation or special ingredients can only be offered in limited form.
Cycletours Holidays reserves the right to cancel guided tours up to 21 days prior to the tour date when less than half the capacity on the barge/ in hotel(s) is booked. There might be other circumstances of natural and unavoidable catastrophes to cancel a tour. We will notify you right away per email.
Anything you don’t like?
Talk it through. We do our very best to ensure that you have a good holiday. However, should there be any unexpected problems during the holiday, please discuss this with your tour guides . If necessary, please contact us. By reporting your problems right away, you shall enable us to take action as soon as possible, in order find a solution to the problem. Unfortunately, we cannot deal with complaints submitted after a trip.
